可编程控制器基本使用操作－上海交通大学电子实验中心多媒体课件: 一、实验目的 1、学习自己设计梯形图。 2、熟练应用MELSEC-FFX软件进行编程，并在ON LINE 状态下运行负载。 3、学习用可编程控制器控制交流异步电动机正反转，并对电动机正反转进行接线。二、实验器材： 1．个人电脑PC。 2．PLC程控器实验装置。 3．RS—232数据通信线。 4．继电控制装置实验板。 5．异步电动机一台。 6．导线若干。三、实验内容说明吊车或某些生产机械的提升机构需要作左右上下两个方向的运动，拖动它们的电动机必须能作正、反两个方向的旋转。由异步电动机的工作原理可知，要使电动机反向旋转，需对调三根电源线中的两根以改变定子电流的相序。因此实现电动机的正、反转需要两个接触器。
